... we went to Germany on the following weekend (26-27 November) to pick up the doka and take it home. This is Udo's 'Werkstatt' in March (near Freiburg).
Udo showed us a Volvo to be chopped and other things...
We had a look also to the lastest issue of VW Speed (Jan 07) with a contest for the car of the year, and my Bug (The Goldfather) is in the list!

We had dinner in Emmendingen, in an almost-Christmas atmosphere.. wine... we still prefer Italian. Perhaps we did a bad choice. But we got 'happy' as well.. eheh
We slept in our nice usual Hotel in Emmendingen, the Markgraf Hotel. This was the view from our room in the morning of 27 November.

On Ebay I bought these two nice headlight grills from Germany.I had to work on one of that to rebuild a clip. They feature slanted design and don't require any drilling or removing of glass.
